Hoppy and very aromatic beer, with a semi-dry body, subtle toasted notes and a pleasant bitter finish. On the nose, predominant notes of fruit from the Navarran orchard: white grape, peach and pear.
Pairs well with spicy dishes, such as Mexican, Indian and Thai; it goes well with bitter vegetables, and combines perfectly with smoked salmon and aromatic cheeses.
